Job summary

Legate Enterprise Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking a proactive Operations Intern to support daily operations, project coordination, and cross-functional teamwork within a fast-growing home improvement and installation business.

You will gain hands-on experience in coordinating schedules, maintaining records, assisting customer service, and driving process improvements across Sales, Marketing, HR, and Operations while learning in a dynamic SME environment.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Business, Operations, Logistics, or related field.
• Proficient in Excel, Word and Google Workspace.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Able to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily operational and administrative tasks.
• Support scheduling and coordination between sales, operations, and installation teams.
• Track project progress and ensure operational records are updated accurately.
• Follow up with internal teams on project status updates and inquiries.
• Provide general administrative support to management and cross-department projects.
