Job summary

Phillip Securities Pte Ltd's Workplace Management (WPM) team is seeking a motivated intern to support operational improvements and workplace initiatives. You will gain hands-on exposure to workplace operations and participate in projects involving process improvement, digitalisation, self-service solutions and efficiency gains.

Working closely with the WPM team, you will review current processes, identify optimization opportunities and assist with developing and implementing practical solutions.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Support Process Improvement & Digitalisation initiatives and document findings.
• Assist in developing and implementing digital solutions to streamline admin tasks.
• Explore AI, automation and digital tools to reduce manual work.
• Assist in reviewing and improving e-commerce procurement processes.
• Help create self-service forms, workflows and guides for employees.
• Support Workplace Operations, including reception coverage and admin tasks.
• Prepare SOPs, process maps and handover materials.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and vendors as needed.
