Procter & Gamble Singapore Pioneer Plant is offering an internship opportunity for students in engineering, science or business operations. You will tackle real business problems, work on key brands from day one and gain hands-on experience in data analysis and process improvement.

You will receive continuous coaching, formal training, and mentorship from your manager, with a potential path to full-time after successful completion of the internship.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Able to collaborate across cultures and teams.
• Good communication and proactive learning mindset.

Responsibilities

• Eliminate process variability and losses through data analysis and technical mastery.
• Design and maintain systems to collect and analyze data for key parameters.
• Implement changes to reduce losses in making/packing processes.
• Apply Reliability Engineering tools to drive center-line improvement.
• Share learnings across processes, modules and plants.
