Job summary

Singapore Storage & Warehouse Pte Ltd is seeking an Operations Pharmacist to lead daily pharmacy operations, manage people, and drive continuous improvement. You will work closely with the Pharmacy Operations Manager to influence workflow, safety, inventory and productivity on the shop floor.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy recognised by Singapore Pharmacy Council.
• Full registration with the Singapore Pharmacy Council in active practice.
• Strong analytical, critical-thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Team player capable of working independently and taking ownership of responsibilities.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily pharmacy operations to ensure safe, accurate and timely medication preparation and distribution.
• Direct and deploy Pharmacy Technicians, Assistants and locum staff.
• Manage workflow, manpower allocation and operational resources.
• Coach staff and support training and competency development.
• Improve productivity, quality, medication safety and turnaround times.
