Qualifications

• Experience in operations, admin, or scheduling within education, fitness, or service industries.
• Marketing execution with content creation or campaigns.
• Ownership of systems and processes, proactive and self-starting.
• Strong organisational skills and customer-facing communication.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage class scheduling, coach allocation, and waitlists.
• Maintain student/parent/coach records and handle enrolment and billing.
• Run content calendar and support paid campaigns; engage at events.
• Handle enquiries via WhatsApp, phone, and web forms with warmth.
