Job summary

THE SUPREME HR ADVISORY PTE. LTD. is seeking a Swim Coach & Operations Executive to lead introductory swim sessions for babies and young children while assisting with centre operations. Training will be provided, and you will support scheduling, registrations, and parent communication to ensure smooth class delivery.

The role requires weekend work and basic safety oversight to maintain pool hygiene and class safety, with opportunities to grow into independent teaching duties.

Qualifications

• Background in sports, fitness, childcare, or teaching is an advantage.
• Must be able to work weekends.
• Relevant swimming, first aid, or lifesaving certifications are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Conduct swim classes for babies, toddlers, and young children (training provided).
• Support senior coaches during classes and gradually take on independent teaching responsibilities.
• Provide basic progress feedback to parents and assist with lesson preparation.
• Assist with daily class scheduling, student registration, and class coordination.
• Manage bookings, attendance records, and basic administrative tasks.
• Communicate class schedules and updates to parents.
• Support the daily operations of the swim centre.
