Arty Learning Pte Ltd is seeking a highly organised Operations & Marketing Executive to join our growing team in Singapore. This hybrid role blends operations, project coordination, marketing execution, events and customer engagement, serving as a bridge between management and ground teams.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Operations, Management or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in operations, marketing, project coordination, events or administration.
• Experience in education, enrichment or service-based industries is a plus.
• Strong organizational and project coordination abilities with good communication.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate operational matters across centres and support day-to-day operations.
• Translate management directions into practical action plans and follow through.
• Manage projects, timelines, trackers, SOPs, checklists and workflows.
• Coordinate with centre teams, teachers, staff, parents, vendors and partners.
• Identify operational gaps and areas for process improvement.
• Support marketing initiatives including social media planning, content coordination, captions, basic design, videos, campaigns.
• Assist with customer engagement, lead follow-up, WhatsApp and email campaigns, promotions and tracking.
• Support and coordinate events such as open houses, workshops and outreach initiatives.
