Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for end-to-end tank logistics operations across multiple trade lanes and transportation flows.
• Develop and enhance operational processes, controls, and performance standards to improve efficiency, service quality, and cost effectiveness.
• Lead, coach, and develop operations teams, fostering accountability and continuous improvement.
• Oversee planning and execution to ensure optimal equipment utilization and timely deliveries.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Maritime Studies, Business, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 7 years of experience within logistics, shipping, supply chain, or specialized equipment transportation operations.
• Proven experience managing tank container operations, intermodal logistics, equipment fleets, or related transportation activities.
• Strong understanding of regulatory compliance, operational risk management, and safety standards.
• Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to build, motivate, and develop high-performing teams.
• Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills across customers, suppliers, and operational partners.
• Experience managing operating budgets, service providers, and performance metrics.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and logistics management systems.
