Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in operations, vendor management, project management or operational excellence.
• Proven 0-to-1 experience building SOPs, training frameworks and operational standards from the ground up.
• Strong ownership, practical approach, high stress tolerance, and willingness to dive into hands-on execution as a sole contributor.

Responsibilities

• Map, write, and standardize operational Playbooks, SOPs, and quality guidelines for global data collection and annotation pipelines from scratch.
• Source, onboard, train and certify third-party vendor teams and offshore delivery partners across Southeast Asia and India.
• Enforce strict quality control metrics, delivery timelines, unit economics, and SLAs across external vendor networks.
• Serve as the central bridge between global vendor teams and internal engineering/technical leads to ensure data delivery matches product specifications.
• Continuously analyze operational bottlenecks, refine training certification models, and improve turnaround times for global delivery projects.

Our client is an early-stage, heavily funded global infrastructure leader in Physical AI, 3D simulation, and robotics data engine technologies is seeking a hands-on Operations Manager / Operations Lead in Singapore. This role is responsible for building the global operations playbook from scratch, designing standardized data collection frameworks and scaling overseas third-party vendor pipelines across APAC.

Key Responsibilities

• 0-to-1 Operational Architecture: Map, write, and standardize operational Playbooks, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and quality guidelines for global data collection and annotation pipelines from scratch.
• Vendor Management & Enablement: Source, onboard, train and certify third-party vendor teams and offshore delivery partners across Southeast Asia and India.
• Quality Assurance & SLAs: Enforce strict quality control metrics, delivery timelines, unit economics, and operational SLAs across external vendor networks.
