Job summary

DADACONSULTANTS PTE. LTD. seeks an experienced Operations Manager to oversee local operations in Singapore, drive process improvements, coordinate cross-functional projects across engineering, product, data, hardware, finance, HR, and business teams.

You will manage procurement, vendors, contracts, payments, and implementation of internal systems, build SOPs, tracking tools, and budget monitoring while ensuring timely delivery and alignment with rapid growth in an AI-focused environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering management, supply chain, or related field.
5–8 years of experience in operations, project management, business operations, or PMO.
Experience in technology companies, startups or fast-growing organisations.
Strong execution, process improvement and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

Build and improve SOPs, approval workflows, project trackers, and operational policies.
Coordinate projects across engineering, product, data, hardware, finance, HR, and business teams.
Manage procurement, vendors, quotations, contracts, payments, and delivery tracking.
Maintain operational records covering projects, costs, vendors, and procurement.
Support budgeting and expenditure monitoring.
Implement and improve internal approval, project-management, and finance systems.
Monitor project progress and drive issues through to resolution.
