Job summary

DADACONSULTANTS PTE. LTD. seeks an experienced Operations Manager to oversee local operations in Singapore, drive process improvements, coordinate cross-functional projects across engineering, product, data, hardware, finance, HR, and business teams.

You will manage procurement, vendors, contracts, payments, and implementation of internal systems, build SOPs, tracking tools, and budget monitoring while ensuring timely delivery and alignment with rapid growth in an AI-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering management, supply chain, or related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in operations, project management, business operations, or PMO.
• Experience in technology companies, startups or fast-growing organisations.
• Strong execution, process improvement and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and improve SOPs, approval workflows, project trackers, and operational policies.
• Coordinate projects across engineering, product, data, hardware, finance, HR, and business teams.
• Manage procurement, vendors, quotations, contracts, payments, and delivery tracking.
• Maintain operational records covering projects, costs, vendors, and procurement.
• Support budgeting and expenditure monitoring.
• Implement and improve internal approval, project-management, and finance systems.
• Monitor project progress and drive issues through to resolution.

About the Company

Our client is a fast-growing, early-stage AI company developing data and technology infrastructure for intelligent systems. The company has a lean team of members across Singapore, China, Malaysia, and the United States.

Position Overview

You will oversee local operations and improve internal processes, cross-functional project execution, procurement, vendor management, contracts, payments, and operational systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and improve SOPs, approval workflows, project trackers, and operational policies.
• Coordinate projects across engineering, product, data, hardware, finance, HR, and business teams.
• Manage procurement, vendors, quotations, contracts, payments, and delivery tracking.
• Maintain operational records covering projects, costs, vendors, and procurement.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Feishu/Lark, and project-management tools.
• Organised, detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.

Nice to Have

• Experience in AI, robotics, smart hardware, data infrastructure, or another deep-tech sector.
• Experience coordinating international teams.
• Hands-on experience with procurement, vendors, contracts, payments, and operational-system implementation.
• Experience building operational processes or workflows from the ground up.
