Job summary

You will shape processes, coordinate across engineering, product, data, hardware, finance and HR, and help scale the business. The role emphasizes hands-on workflow design, budget support, vendor management, and rollout of internal systems.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years in operations, project management, procurement, or related role.
• Startup or fast-growing company experience preferred.
• Strong cross-functional communication and process-building instincts.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; experience with PM tools.
• Bonus: background in AI, robotics, hardware, or deep-tech industries.

Responsibilities

• Build and implement internal processes from ground up (SOPs, approval workflows).
• Coordinate cross-functional projects across engineering, product, data, hardware, finance and HR.
• Own procurement activities: quotations, contracts, payments, delivery tracking.
• Support budget planning and monitor actual spend.
• Drive rollout of internal systems (approval, project management, finance).
