Job summary

dadaconsultants pte. ltd. in Singapore is seeking an experienced Operations role to act as the CEO’s operational right hand. You will build internal processes, own procurement, and coordinate cross-functional programs across engineering, product, data, hardware, finance and HR.

You will drive budgeting, monitor spend, and roll out critical systems for approvals, project management and finance. Startup/tech exposure and strong communication are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years in operations, project management, procurement, or related roles.
• Startup, tech, or fast-growing company experience preferred.
• Strong cross-functional communication and process-building instincts.

Responsibilities

• Build and improve internal processes — SOPs, approval workflows, project tracking — from the ground up.
• Coordinate cross-functional projects across engineering, product, data, hardware, finance, and HR.
• Own procurement and vendor management: quotations, contracts, payments, delivery tracking.
• Support budget planning and monitor actual spend.
• Drive the rollout of internal systems (approval, project management, finance).
