EF Singapore invites an ambitious Operations Manager to orchestrate year-round group bookings, from arrivals to departures, ensuring top-tier student experiences for ages 16+. You will coordinate with international offices to grow groups, optimize bed/classroom use, and lead a small team across activities, meals, transport, and accommodation.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership skills and ability to manage cross-functional teams.
• Experience coordinating student services (accommodation, meals, transport, activities).
• Experience in language education industry.
• Excellent English verbal and written communication.
• Sales experience or proven track record of meeting targets.
• Highly organized with the ability to multitask under pressure.
• Experience working in a multicultural environment.

Responsabilités

• Take full ownership over group bookings operations from pre-departure to post-departure.
• Outsource and manage all service providers for meals, activities, accommodation, transport, and cleaning.
• Coordinate with Capacity Management & Director of Studies to maximize bed and classroom utilization.
• Recruit, train, and lead Local Activity leaders, Tour Guides, and summer staff.
• Collaborate with school teams to ensure overall student satisfaction and growth of the program.
• Ensure EF policy compliance and accreditation requirements are met.
• Aim to meet or exceed evaluation targets for all services offered to groups.
• Share emergency on-call duties with other staff and support off-peak operations as needed.
