Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. in Singapore seeks a Centre Operations Manager to oversee daily operations at the Farrer Park centre, coordinate with staff and stakeholders, and maintain a positive environment for students and parents.

You will lead staff scheduling, ensure procedural standards, monitor attendance, and handle parent inquiries while supporting management with planning and staff development.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in centre management, student care, education or related field.
• Experience to manage daily operations independently and resolve issues.
• Familiarity with English, Mathematics and/or Science per MOE syllabus is a plus.

• Oversee daily operations and administration of the centre.
• Manage and coordinate centre staff and daily work arrangements.
• Communicate with internal teams, parents and external stakeholders.
• Ensure smooth implementation of centre procedures and standards.
• Monitor student attendance, centre activities and administrative matters.
• Handle parent enquiries and feedback professionally.
• Support staff development, performance and team coordination.
• Ensure a safe, organised and conducive environment.
• Assist with operational planning and other duties by management.
