Global University in Singapore is seeking a Coordinator, Students & Operations to join their dynamic team. You will shape the student experience and deliver initiatives across orientation, induction, mentoring, work-integrated learning sessions, and engagement activities.

Reporting to the Academic Director, you will collaborate with Singapore and Melbourne teams to ensure smooth implementation of student-focused programs, provide support to staff, and help manage student feedback and events.

Qualifikationen

• Tertiary qualification in education, administration, or a related field.
• Experience coordinating student initiatives in tertiary education.
• Strong organisational and event management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

• Plan, coordinate and deliver student experience initiatives.
• Collaborate with academic and professional teams across Singapore and Melbourne.
• Provide student guidance on academic, personal and career matters.
• Coordinate feedback initiatives and manage student issues.
• Support planning and execution of university events and projects.
• Analyse programme outcomes and support quality enhancements.
