Job summary

Anchor Search Group Pte. Ltd. is seeking a proactive Maintenance Operations Manager to oversee CCTV/IP video surveillance, VMS, access control, and PSIM platforms across our West Singapore facilities.

You will establish and refine SOPs, analyze failure trends, and optimize resource use; manage assets and budgets with strict health‑and‑safety standards; and mentor teams to achieve top performance.

Qualifications

Good working knowledge of CCTV/IP Video Surveillance, VMS, Access Control, PSIM platforms, networking fundamentals, Windows Server and virtualization, and cybersecurity best practices for security systems.
Diploma in Information Technology or Electrical Engineering, ITIL certification preferred.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, facilitation, planning, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management, experience working with project teams with long-term maintenance viability, and proficiency in MS Office.
Comfortable with standby/work outside normal hours to support deployments and maintenance as needed.

Responsibilities

Direct maintenance operations across facilities to maximize uptime and meet SLAs.
Establish and refine standard operating procedures, analyze failure trends, and improve resource efficiency.
Oversee assets and inventory; manage budgets; maintain compliance documentation and health & safety standards.
Cultivate strategic stakeholder relationships through performance reviews and proactive communication for service alignment.
Mentor and develop personnel to build high-performing teams delivering operational excellence.
