Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma in IT, Electrical Engineering or related field; ITIL preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; good planning and communication.

Responsibilities

• Direct maintenance operations across all facilities to maximize equipment uptime and meet SLAs.
• Establish and refine SOPs; analyse failure trends and improve resource efficiency.
• Oversee assets and inventory; manage budgets and maintain compliance documentation; enforce health and safety standards.
• Cultivate strategic stakeholder relationships through regular performance reviews and proactive communication.
• Mentor and develop personnel to build high-performing teams delivering operational excellence.
