Job summary

Fonda Global Engineering Pte Ltd is seeking a qualified professional to manage maintenance and security system services across customer sites in Singapore. You will lead engineers and technicians, plan preventive maintenance, and drive reliability and performance improvements.

The role requires strong supervisory skills, technical expertise in ELV/security systems, and the ability to coordinate with suppliers and customers to meet SLAs and contractual obligations.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, IT, Computer Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5–8 years of relevant experience in security/ELV systems or related services.
• 2–3 years of supervisory or management experience.
• Experience managing maintenance contracts and service teams.

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and supervise all preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
• Lead maintenance engineers, technicians, and service staff to ensure quality work.
• Monitor performance and reliability of security systems at customer sites.
• Ensure SLAs and safety procedures are followed; coordinate with stakeholders.
• Prepare maintenance reports and technical recommendations for customers.
