Job summary

Certis is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead maintenance across multiple sites in Singapore. You will ensure service levels, plan manpower, and optimise resources while upholding health and safety standards.

You will manage equipment inventories, develop SOPs, review performance with clients, and develop staff to achieve operational excellence in a security-focused environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in security CCTV/surveillance or related field; prior Operations Manager experience preferred.
• Degree or diploma in IT, electronics or related disciplines; ITIL certification preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, planning and communication skills.
• Experience with CCTV/IP video surveillance and access control systems.
• Knowledge of PSIM, networking, Windows Server and cybersecurity best practices.
• Willingness to standby/out-of-hours as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage maintenance operations across sites to meet SLAs and staffing needs.
• Develop and review SOPs; analyze failure trends and optimize processes.
• Manage equipment inventory, budgets, records and safety compliance.
• Build relationships with customers and stakeholders via performance reviews.
• Train and develop staff to support operational excellence.
