Responsibilities

• Act in accordance with fire, health and safety regulations and follow the correct procedures.
• Collaborate with Food and Beverage outlet teams to improve transaction processes.
• Carry out spot checks with the Food and Beverage outlets and investigate accordingly.
• Manage cost reporting on a weekly basis.
• Control the stores by ensuring inventory accuracy and stock control and the pricing of good received.
• Maintain good communication and working relationships with all hotel areas.
• Review the daily intake of products into the hotel and ensure accurate pricing and quantity of goods received.
• Check the quality of every roasted pig.
