Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is hiring for a Front-of-House operations role based at Somerset, Singapore.

Working days are five per week with shifts from 10am to 10pm, including breaks and meal provisions. You will oversee FOH service flow, supervise staff, manage rosters, and ensure compliance with SOPs and regulatory requirements. Responsibilities include handling guest concerns, coordinating with kitchen, and ensuring smooth daily restaurant operations, especially during peak hours.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of SOPs and service standards.
• Ability to manage guest complaints effectively.

Responsibilities

• Maintain table turnover and supervise takeaway/delivery on-site.
• Ensure compliance with SFA / NEA regulations.

Basic Salary: $3000 - $4000 (service fee distribution available)

Job Description:

A. Front-of-House Operations

• Oversee FOH service flow and guest experience
• Ensure compliance with all service SOPs
• Act as first-level handler for customer complaints
• Supervise staff grooming, conduct, and service standards
• Ensure proper execution of opening and closing procedures

B. Staff Management

• Prepare FOH duty rosters and manpower allocation
• Monitor attendance, punctuality, and discipline
• Conduct on-the-job training for FOH staff
• Provide probation feedback and performance observations

C. Daily Operations

• Ensure smooth daily restaurant operations
• Coordinate service timing with kitchen operations
• Support service operations personally during peak hours
• Maintain table turnover efficiency
• Supervise takeaway and delivery workflow on-site

D. Compliance & Reporting

• Ensure compliance with SFA / NEA regulations
• Enforce Company policies and code of conduct
• Escalate operational issues promptly
