Job summary

JOB EXPRESS SERVICES PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking an Operations Manager (F&B) to oversee multiple restaurant outlets, drive profitability, and ensure service standards.

You will lead strategic planning, P&L management, budgeting and cost control, and coordinate new outlet openings while monitoring daily operations and coaching restaurant teams to deliver outstanding guest experiences.

Responsibilities

• Manage the overall financial performance, including Profit & Loss (P&L), budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
• Develop and implement marketing initiatives to increase sales and profitability.
• Plan and coordinate new outlet openings.
• Oversee the daily operations of multiple restaurant outlets.
• Monitor operational performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, company SOPs, and service standards.
• Drive operational excellence to maximize customer satisfaction and business performance.
• Investigate customer feedback and implement corrective actions where necessary.
• Lead, coach, and develop Area Managers, Restaurant Managers, Supervisors, and service teams.
• Ensure efficient manpower utilization across outlets.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the Director, Operations.

Working Days: 5.5 days per week
