Job summary

National Healthcare Group Polyclinics, a National Healthcare Group polyclinic, is seeking an Operations Manager to join the Polyclinic Management team. You will drive operational excellence and service quality, collaborating with multi-disciplinary healthcare teams and the corporate office on planning and implementation of business initiatives and delivery of quality services and care.

You will lead daily polyclinic operations, optimize resources, spearhead improvement initiatives, drive service

Qualifications

• Degree in any discipline.
• 6–8 years of proven working experiences in operations management, quality management, and corporate management.
• 2 to 4 years in a supervisory capacity.
• Strong people management and team development abilities.
• Able to work under 100% onsite work arrangement and on a 5.5day work week.

Requirements :

• Degree in any discipline
• At least 6 - 8 years of proven working experiences in operations management, quality management, and corporate management
• 2 to 4 years in a supervisory capacity
• Possess strong leadership, supervisory, organizational and change management capabilities
• Ability to work effectively in a complex environment, collaborate and communicate across a diverse range of people and job functions
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Proven track record of improving operational workflows leading to higher efficiency/productivity
• Strong people management and team development abilities
• Able to work under 100% onsite work arrangement and on a 5.5day work week.
