Job summary

ENVIRODYNAMICS SOLUTIONS PTE. LTD. is seeking a Clinic Operations Manager to support daily clinic operations at West side polyclinics in Singapore.

You will help ensure efficient manpower use, cost control, and smooth service delivery. The role involves driving strategic initiatives such as Healthier SG, Social Prescribing, and Age Well SG to improve care delivery and patient experience, along with collaborating across polyclinics and HQ on manpower planning, training, digital transformation,

Qualifications

• 2–3 years’ clinic operations experience.
• Experience in managing healthcare frontline staff in a clinic/hospital setting is advantageous.
• Willing to commit to a 5.5 days work week in west side polyclinics.

Responsibilities

• Support the Polyclinic Manager in overseeing daily clinic operations, ensuring optimal manpower utilization, cost efficiency, and smooth service delivery.
• Drive and support the implementation of strategic initiatives (Healthier SG, Social Prescribing, Age Well SG) to enhance care delivery and service excellence.
• Manage administrative functions including staff scheduling, patient flow, inventory control, and facility operations.
• Lead and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and patient experience.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders across polyclinics and HQ on manpower planning, training and development, digital transformation, policy and workflow enhancements, new clinic development, and emergency preparedness.
