Job summary

SHARENCE PTE. LTD. seeks a store leadership professional to drive daily operations and team performance in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will hire, train, and guide staff, ensure policy compliance, manage costs, and maintain product availability while delivering excellent customer service. Collaboration with the store manager and adherence to health and safety standards are essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years retail experience in a leadership capacity (e.g. management, shift leader, etc.)
