Job summary

SRI KARTHIKEYAN PTE. LTD. is seeking a capable Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day management of three outlets, with a fourth in expansion. The role requires flexibility for extended hours, strong multilingual customer service, and supervision of HR, inventory, and supplier coordination.

Experience in billing, audits, social media marketing, and catering/delivery optimization is essential to maintain hygiene and cost efficiency across outlets in Singapore.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and at least two of Tamil, Mandarin or Malay.
• Mandatory food safety course (SFA) completion.
• Microsoft Word and Excel proficiency; nutrition certificate is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and management for 3 outlets; expansion of a 4th outlet in progress.
• Prepare for extended hours (5 AM–11 PM) with scheduled breaks.
• Coordinate billing, accounts, and auditing activities weekly.
• Manage human resources: attendance, shifts, and staff onboarding/offboarding.
• Maintain inventory and supplier relationships; ensure stock levels.
• Plan daily menus and pre-stock accordingly.
• Create and handle social media and digital marketing efforts.
• Handle varying timings and outlet queries; manage multi-outlet scheduling.
• Ensure high hygiene standards across all outlets.
• Manage catering, packaging, and delivery to maintain cost efficiency.

Job Description & Requirements

• 1. Day to day Operations and management for 3 outlets (4th outlet expansion is in-progress )
• 2. Should be ready for extended hours (Morning 5 AM to 11 PM) with multiple small breaks
• 3. Fluent in English/Tamil/Mandarin/Malay (atleast 2 combinations Mandatory) to handle customer service
• 4. Food safety course from SFA is mandatory
• 5. Knowledge in Microsoft word and Excel (Certification will be added advantage)
• 6. Nutrition certificate will be added advantage
• 7. Billing and Accounts needs to be co-ordinated with Accounts/Auditing team on weekly basis.
• 8. Human resources management. Staff attendance, entry and exit timing management in software system.
• 9. Maintain inventory and stocks (Supplier management)
• 10. Fixing the menu for the day and arranging the stocks accordingly in advance
• 11. Create/Handle Social media marketing / Digital marketing
• 12. Ready to handle different timings and need to handle all the outlet queries and shifts
• 13. Monthly 2 days off based on work load staff availability.
• 14. Maintain high standards of hygiene
• 15. Catering management, Packaging and delivery should be handled in efficient way to maintain the cost.
