Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking an F&B Operations Manager to lead front-of-house operations at our Somerset outlet. This role oversees guest experience, service flow, and adherence to SOPs while managing FOH staff and schedules.

You will coordinate with kitchen operations, supervise delivery/ takeout on-site, and ensure compliance with SFA/NEA regulations. 5-day week, 10am-10pm shifts, basic salary SGD 3,000–4,000 with service fee distribution.

Job Description:

A. Front-of-House Operations

• Oversee FOH service flow and guest experience
• Ensure compliance with all service SOPs
• Act as first-level handler for customer complaints
• Supervise staff grooming, conduct, and service standards
• Ensure proper execution of opening and closing procedures

B. Staff Management

• Prepare FOH duty rosters and manpower allocation
• Monitor attendance, punctuality, and discipline
• Conduct on-the-job training for FOH staff
• Provide probation feedback and performance observations

C. Daily Operations

• Ensure smooth daily restaurant operations
• Coordinate service timing with kitchen operations
• Support service operations personally during peak hours
• Maintain table turnover efficiency
• Supervise takeaway and delivery workflow on-site

D. Compliance & Reporting

• Ensure compliance with SFA / NEA regulations
• Enforce Company policies and code of conduct
• Escalate operational issues promptly
