Job summary

CLEAN SOLUTIONS PTE LTD is seeking a Cleaning Operations Supervisor to lead on-site cleaning activities and ensure high service quality. You will coordinate teams, monitor safety, and optimize manpower and equipment utilization across multiple sites.

The role requires durability for shift work and weekend/PH duties, with regular site visits and reporting to management. Driving license is preferred.

• Make regular visits to cleaning sites to monitor standards of cleanliness.
• Plan and implement cleaning timetable, manpower and equipment utilisation.
• Prepare operational reports including all accidents or incidents for management review.
• Constantly monitor and report on progress of the project to all stakeholders.
• Raise requests for purchases when necessary.
• Assist with any other operational matters as directed by the Management.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Preferably with experience in cleaning industry through various channels.
• Possess valid Class 3 driving license & driving experience is preferred.
• Must be able to perform shift duties.
• Must be able to work on weekends/PH.
• Must have knowledge in various cleaning solutions and their uses.
• Able to multi-task and Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Possess good leadership skills
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Ability to apply logical and critical thinking skills to projects
• Ability to communicate with suppliers & vendors
