• Uphold and enforce health and safety guidelines across all operational activities
• Monitor employee and team performance by providing coaching, training, and constructive feedback to drive improvement
• Manage budgets, forecast financial needs, and allocate resources effectively to meet organizational objectives
• Collaborate cross-departmentally to align operational activities with company goals
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers to support business needs
• Negotiate contracts with suppliers and vendors to secure favorable pricing and terms
• Optimize business travel processes by securing corporate rates, automating expense reports, and ensuring compliance
• Implement quality assurance measures for products and services, monitoring production KPIs to maintain standards
