Job summary

Have Fun Yishun Pte. Ltd. seeks an experienced Outlet Manager to oversee performance, profitability, and day-to-day operations at its Singapore venue.

The role drives local marketing initiatives, engages customers, and leads a team to deliver consistent service quality in a fast-paced entertainment environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in outlet or store management.
• Experience in entertainment, hospitality, F&B, nightlife, or retail preferred.
• Experience executing outlet-level marketing or promotional initiatives.
• Strong leadership with ability to develop teams.
• Comfortable working with operational data and performance reporting.
• Fast paced entertainment or service environment experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of outlet business performance including revenue, profitability, and operational stability.
• Plan and execute outlet-level marketing aligned with HQ strategy.
• Lead, supervise, and motivate outlet staff to maintain standards.
• Ensure smooth day-to-day operations and manage staffing and labour productivity.
• Prepare and submit operational reports including monthly performance reports.
• Ensure compliance with policies, safety, hygiene, and standards.

• Take ownership of outlet business performance including revenue, profitability, and operational stability.
• Monitor key performance indicators and implement actions to improve business results.
• Identify operational issues and implement corrective measures when necessary.

Marketing & Customer Growth

• Plan and execute outlet-level marketing initiatives aligned with HQ strategy.
• Drive customer engagement, repeat visits, and local promotional activities.
• Support customer relationship development and customer retention initiatives.

Team Leadership & Staff Development

• Lead, supervise, and motivate outlet staff to maintain operational standards.
• Develop and train team members to maintain consistent service quality.
• Support the development of supervisors or assistant managers within the team.

Outlet Operations Management

• Ensure smooth day-to-day operations and maintain service standards.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, and labour productivity effectively.
• Maintain outlet environment, safety standards, and customer experience.

Data Awareness & Reporting

• Prepare and submit operational reports including monthly performance reports.
• Monitor business trends and explain performance fluctuations when necessary.
• Use operational data to support decision-making and performance improvement.

Compliance & Operational Standards

• Ensure compliance with company operational policies and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain safety, hygiene, and operational standards at all times.
  

Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in outlet or store management, preferably in entertainment, hospitality, F&B, nightlife, or retail environments.
• Proven ability to manage outlet operations and deliver business performance results.
