Job summary

Shakura Pigmentation Beauty seeks an experienced operations leader to oversee daily activities across multiple salon outlets in Singapore. You will ensure adherence to standards, manage outlet teams, and drive consistent customer experiences.

You will monitor staffing, performance, budgeting, and promotions, while collaborating with HR and management to grow sales and profitability across all locations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the daily operations of multiple beauty salon outlets.
• Ensure all outlets operate smoothly and consistently according to company standards and SOPs.
• Lead, manage and motivate outlet supervisors, beauticians and customer service teams.
• Monitor manpower planning, staff deployment, attendance, performance and retention.
• Set and monitor outlet sales, service and operational targets.
• Analyse outlet performance and implement action plans to improve sales and profitability.
• Coach and guide outlet supervisors and team leaders to achieve business objectives.
• Conduct regular outlet visits to monitor operations, staff performance and customer service standards.
• Ensure consistent customer experience and high standards of service across all outlets.
• Handle escalated customer feedback, complaints and operational issues professionally.
• Monitor treatment quality and ensure services are performed according to company procedures.
• Work closely with HR on recruitment, onboarding, training, staff development and disciplinary matters.
• Identify training needs and arrange coaching or refresher training for outlet teams.
• Monitor inventory, product usage, equipment and operational supplies across outlets.
• Work closely with management and other departments on promotions, campaigns and new initiatives.
• Monitor the effectiveness of sales promotions and recommend improvements where necessary.
• Review daily, weekly and monthly outlet reports, including sales, manpower and customer performance.
• Identify operational gaps and recommend solutions to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Ensure all outlets maintain proper cleanliness, hygiene, safety and professional standards.
• Assist in budgeting, cost control and monitoring of outlet expenses.
• Support the opening of new outlets, including manpower planning, operations setup and staff training.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve customer retention, sales performance and overall outlet profitability.
• Prepare regular management reports and provide recommendations to senior management.
• Perform other operational and business-related duties as assigned by management.
