Job summary

Edith Patisserie is seeking a Management Trainee in Operations who will rotate across core operational functions, support day-to-day operations, and help improve processes and compliance. You will work closely with the Operations Manager and outlet ground staff to gain hands-on experience and deliver measurable improvements.

This role offers a 5.5 days work week, transport allowance, staff meal/product discounts, AWS and performance bonus.

Qualifications

• Willing to rotate across core operational functions.
• Comfortable with a 5.5 days work week and weekend work when needed.
• Proactive in improving service and compliance across outlets.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day operations to ensure smooth execution, service standards, and timely issue resolution across sites functions.
• Coordinate with internal teams to manage operational requests, follow-ups, and ground communication.
• Track operational KPIs and prepare basic reports and dashboards with clear action items.
• Assist with process improvement work: identify gaps, implement SOPs checklists, and monitor results.
• Support quality, safety, and compliance activities including audits, documentation, and training roll-outs.
• Assist with operations projects such as launches, system/vendor changes, and change adoption on the ground.
