Job summary

Bakeri Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Baker-Baker Commis II to handle daily preparation and baking of bread and pastries. You will ensure quality by following recipes and SOPs while maintaining hygiene and organisational standards.

You should be a team player with a passion for baking, able to multitask and adapt to tasks as needed. A 5-day work week and meal allowance are part of the benefits offered.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for daily preparation and baking of Bread and pastries.
• Ensure all products are of consistent quality and standards by adhering to recipes and SOPs.
• Ensure food hygiene and safety standards are maintained
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the work area
• Monitor and track the inventory level of finished goods, baking ingredients and supplies.
• Maintain proper storage of products in the chillers and freezers.
• Assist in picking, packing and labelling of products.
• Perform mise-en-place and minimise food waste.
• Any other ad hoc duties assigned
