Job summary

INTER TERMINAL SERVICES seeks a hands-on Operations Executive to coordinate deliveries, manage inventory, and work closely with customers and internal teams in Singapore. You will oversee logistics workflows, track assets like trucks and tanks, and help drive continuous improvement in delivery performance.

You will monitor orders, plan delivery schedules, manage stock takes, control inventory accuracy, review maintenance costs, and ensure safety compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum N Level/O Level/Diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years’ experience in a related field.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Proficient in English.
• Possess good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Handle matters relating to operations assistants, drivers, and storemen.
• Monitor daily orders, plan delivery schedules, and follow up on delivery-related issues.
• Oversee daily stock inventory levels and accuracy.
• Keep track of company assets such as trucks, tanks, and spare parts.
• Review maintenance costs and monitor truck downtime.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and manage incident reporting.
• Apply for required safety licenses for trucks and tanks with the relevant authorities.
• Coordinate and oversee daily operational flow between customers and the warehouse.
• Build strong rapport and maintain regular communication with customers.
• Ensure warehouse inventory controls are in place, including stock takes and cycle count schedules.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to plan and monitor manpower requirements.
