Job summary

N S TRADERS PTE. LTD. Singapore is seeking an Operations Coordinator to supervise and coordinate daily operations of the trading company, overseeing purchasing, sales, inventory, logistics and delivery activities.

You will coordinate with suppliers, customers and business partners to ensure smooth operations, maintain accurate records, prepare quotations, purchase orders and related documents, monitor staff performance and ensure compliance with Singapore regulations and company policies.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily operations of the trading company.
• Monitor purchasing, sales, inventory, logistics and delivery activities.
• Coordinate with suppliers, customers and business partners to ensure smooth operations.
• Check stock levels, incoming and outgoing goods, and maintain proper inventory records.
• Assist management in planning sales, purchasing and operational activities.
• Prepare quotations, purchase orders, sales orders and related business documents.
• Monitor staff performance and allocate daily duties to ensure work is completed efficiently.
• Ensure goods are properly received, stored, packed and delivered according to company procedures.
• Resolve operational issues and customer or supplier concerns promptly.
• Maintain accurate records and prepare regular operational reports for management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, workplace safety requirements and relevant Singapore regulations.
• Support management in improving operational efficiency and achieving business targets.
