Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Operations, Business Administration, Logistics, Facilities Management or related field preferred.
• 2–3 years of relevant operations experience, preferably in cleaning, disinfection or service industries.
• Good at planning, scheduling & coordinating people, jobs and daily operations.
• Strong organizational, communication and problem-solving skills with good customer service ability.
• Proactive, hands-on and responsible, with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to multi-task and work independently while coordinating effectively with stakeholders.
• Enjoy taking responsibility, solving challenges and seeing projects through from start to finish.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate daily cleaning, coating and logistics delivery activities to ensure jobs are completed efficiently, on time and to Company standards.
• Plan and deploy manpower, manage schedules, coordinate replacements and ensure the right team is assigned to the right job.
• Manage product delivery schedules, coordinate with drivers and warehouse teams, and ensure products reach customers and jobsites accurately and on time.
• Work closely with customers, supervisors, team leaders, drivers and internal teams to keep jobs, projects and deliveries running smoothly.
• Coordinate appointments, understand customer requirements, respond to operational inquiries and ensure issues or complaints are followed up promptly.
• Track job progress and service quality, identify gaps and coordinate corrective orrectification works when required.
• Ensure cleaning products, coating materials, equipment, PPE and other operational resources are available and properly utilised.
• Ensure compliance with Company SOPs, ISO 9001 & 45001 standards, safety requirements, proper handling procedures and customer site regulations.
• Maintain accurate schedules, job records, delivery documents, attendance records, reports and other operational documentation.
• Handle last-minute changes, manpower shortages, scheduling conflicts, urgent jobs and delivery issues with a practical, solution-focused approach.
• Work with Management to improve processes, increase operational efficiency, enhance service quality and support new projects and business opportunities.
• Provide regular updates on operations, manpower, projects, deliveries, customer matters and areas for improvement, while taking on other operational assignments when required.
