Job summary

TWG Tea in Singapore is seeking a Warehouse/Logistics Assistant to process sales orders, maintain records and filing, and ensure safety and quality standards in packaging, storage and dispatch of goods.

You will support admin and logistics tasks, measure and package items to company standards, ensure correct labeling, and assist in warehouse organization and related activities, collaborating closely with the warehouse team.

Qualifications

Minimum GCE 'N' or 'O' level.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & Outlook).
Prior experience in a food processing factory would be a plus.
Hardworking and responsible.
Able to lift heavy loads up to 15kg.
Flexible attitude and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

Process all sales orders in the warehouse
Update records and maintain proper filing system
To ensure productivity targets are met and maintain computerised administration and automated storage and retrieval systems
To measure and package goods according to required standards set out by the Company
To label and ensure labels are correctly affixed
To ensure workplace health, hygiene and safety requirements are met
To ensure the safe receipt, storage, retrieval and timely packing and dispatch of goods
To assist in the arrangement of goods within the warehouse and organise special requirements for certain stock, such as fragile products
To assist in other warehousing and/or logistic activities when necessary
