Business Edge Personnel Services Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Warehouse/Operations Assistant to process daily inbound and outbound orders, support shipping, order administration and customer service.

You will handle receiving and delivery issues, coordinate replenishment from the main warehouse to the quick-pick area, respond to customer inquiries on order status, and ensure accuracy of system transactions and stock movements while complying with SOPs and customs rules.

Mansioni

• Process daily inbound and outbound orders.
• Support warehouse operations, shipping, order administration and customer service.
• Handle receiving and delivery issues.
• Process replenishment goods and coordinate replenishment from the main warehouse to the quick-pick area.
• Respond to customer/end-user enquiries on order status.
• Ensure compliance with customs regulations, company policies and SOPs.
• Ensure accuracy of system transactions and physical goods movements.
• Perform other duties assigned by the superior.
