Job summary

PSA Corporation in Singapore is seeking a Logistics Support professional to assist day-to-day supply chain and warehousing tasks, including import container coordination and warehouse planning.

You will coordinate with clients, contractors, truckers and transporters, handle staff administration with supervisors and admin teams, and strive to meet client KPIs while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Degree / Diploma in any discipline.
• Preferably 3 years’ experience in warehousing jobs; fresh graduates with no prior experience are also welcome to apply.
• Critical thinking and writing skills.
• Logistics operations management preferable in 3PL, trucking, distribution or manufacturing environment will be an added advantage.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Freight Management System (FMS), or LCL digital consolidation platforms.
• Able to work independently and with good analytical skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work under pressure in a constantly changing environment.
• Meticulous in details.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily administrative matters.
• Work with trucking and warehouse team for executing import containers at warehouse.
• Coordinate with clients for import console containers.
• Ensure container utilization planning is done at maximum capacity with considerations of cargo handling requirements and cargo safety.
• Managing of exceptions and requests from clients.
• Sending out of reports to clients timely.
• Meet all client‑agreed KPIs targets and deliverables.
• Any other adhoc tasks as required.
