You will work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, monitor trends, handle data in CRM/PowerApps and MS Office, maintain management reports, and provide proactive analyses to flag escalation issues before they arise.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team and manage all Operation Centre activities including calling customers for appointments.
• Update databases, schedule jobs, plan manpower, and deploy contractors.
• Work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure effective execution and issue resolution.
• Track and analyse trends to spot issues, opportunities, and improvements.
• Familiar with IT systems tools (CRM systems, PowerApps) and MS Office; handle large data.
• Maintain databases for management reporting and generate proactive escalation reports.
