Job summary

PERSOL is seeking an Operations Centre Lead in Singapore to manage a team and oversee customer appointments, data updates, job scheduling and contractor deployment.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure effective execution of works, analyze trends, and develop dashboards and digital tools to support operations. Occasional extended hours and weekend work may be required during peak periods.

Qualifications

• Degree required.
• 8 years of experience in the relevant scope.
• Strong IT and system capability with dashboards and digital tools.
• Proven leadership and influencing skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Familiar with MS Excel, Power BI, and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Operation Centre team and activities.
• Coordinate customer appointment calls, database updates, and job scheduling.
• Plan manpower and deploy contractors effectively.
• Collaborate with customers, contractors, agencies and internal teams.
• Track trends to identify issues and improvement opportunities.
• Maintain management reporting databases and generate reports.
• Develop dashboards and digital tools to support operations.
• Handle additional duties as assigned.
