Job summary

Wenet SGP Pte Ltd is seeking an Operations Assistant Manager to oversee daily operations, project delivery, and process improvements. You will coordinate with consultants, HR, Finance, IT, and other business units to enhance efficiency and support business growth.

The role requires 5–8 years of experience in operations or project management, strong leadership, and the ability to manage budgets, procurement, and vendor relationships. Mandarin communication is essential for regional interactions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related discipline.
• 5–8 years of experience in operations, business management, consulting, or project management.
• Experience in budgeting, cost control, procurement, and vendor management.
• Strong organisational, analytical, problem-solving and leadership skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively in Mandarin with clients and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement operational plans aligned with business objectives.
• Review workflows and SOPs to improve efficiency.
• Monitor KPIs, project progress, and service standards; implement improvements.
• Oversee consulting projects and internal initiatives for timely delivery.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including consultants, HR, Finance, and IT.
• Liaise with clients and stakeholders to manage requirements and issues.
