Job summary

M.S GAZI ENGINEERING (RENOVATION) PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced operations leader to coordinate site staff, assign daily tasks, and ensure smooth shift handovers on Singapore projects.

You will monitor team performance, conduct reviews, mentor new hires, enforce safety and attendance policies, and relay updates from senior management to crews while resolving field challenges. Qualifications

Responsibilities

Workflow Management: Create staff schedules, delegate daily tasks, and ensure seamless shift handovers.
Performance Monitoring: Track team productivity, evaluate work quality, and conduct performance reviews.
Training & Mentorship: Onboard new hires, coach staff, and identify upskilling needs.
Policy Enforcement: Maintain company standards, safety regulations, and attendance records.
Communication: Relay updates from senior management to staff and report team challenges upward.
