Creative Hearts - Centre for Performing Arts in Singapore is seeking an Operations Assistant Manager to oversee the daily operations, scheduling and parent-teacher communications for a vibrant children's performing arts school.

This hands-on role requires meticulous organisation, proactive problem-solving, and the ability to coordinate classrooms, staff and events while maintaining a welcoming experience for families.

Qualifications

• Must be highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Proactive with strong ownership and follow-through.
• Excellent communication with parents, teachers and colleagues.
• Able to juggle multiple priorities with good judgement.
• Comfortable learning new systems and digital tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day centre operations and scheduling.
• Coordinate class schedules, rooms, teachers and student arrangements.
• Handle attendance, enrolments, withdrawals and schedule changes.
• Maintain classrooms, equipment and teaching materials.
• Coordinate teacher absences and replacements.
• Maintain accurate records and timely admin tasks.
• Support events and performances.
• Flag potential problems early and resolve them.
