You will plan seasons, direct budgets, and coordinate multi-disciplinary teams across rehearsals, venues, and live stagings to maintain high artistic and operational standards. The role requires proven experience in arts management, programme curation, and cross-functional leadership, with the flexibility to work evenings and weekends as performance

Qualifications

• Proven background in arts management or live production.
• Experience in programme curation and production scheduling.
• Strong leadership and cross-functional communication.
• Knowledge of stagecraft and venue operations.
• Flexibility to work irregular hours including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Develop, curate, and implement performance programmes and seasonal schedules.
• Plan production timelines from concept through rehearsals to live execution.
• Oversee artistic output and quality to meet organisational standards.
• Coordinate rehearsals, venues, and technical teams (lighting, sound, staging).
• Manage budgets, contracts with vendors, and post-event reports.
