Job summary

dadaconsultants pte. ltd. is seeking an Operations Lead/Chief of Staff to work directly with the Founder of a fast-growing AI technology company in Singapore.

This Founder’s Office role calls for ownership, strategic thinking and building scalable processes across technology, product, hardware, finance and external partners. You will coordinate cross-functional teams in Singapore, China, the US and other markets, translate priorities into clear action plans, and drive initiatives from 0 to 1

Qualifications

• 5–8 years in operations, PMO, strategy & operations, business operations or similar.
• Experience in startup/scale-up/technology environment.
• Strong project management and execution skills.
• Ability to work with senior stakeholders and maintain autonomy.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Analytical problem-solving capabilities.
• Experience coordinating teams across functions, countries and time zones.
• Commercially minded with ability to translate priorities into action.
• Exposure to AI/ technology / hardware is a plus.

Operations Lead – Founder's Office

Singapore

We are looking for an Operations Lead/Chief of Staff to work directly with the Founder of a fast-growing AI technology company.

This is a Founder's Office / early-stage COO-type role for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, taking ownership of ambiguous problems and building processes from the ground up.

You will work closely with the Founder and cross-functional teams across technology, product, hardware, finance and external partners, helping turn strategic priorities into structured execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Work directly with the Founder on strategic and operational priorities across the business.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across Singapore, China, the US and other markets, ensuring priorities, timelines and deliverables are aligned.
• Translate the Founder’s priorities into clear action plans, owners, timelines and follow-up.
• Build and improve internal operating processes as the company scales.
• Take ownership of key projects and special initiatives from 0-to-1, driving them through planning, execution and completion.
• Manage procurement activities, vendor relationships and external partners.
• Support the development of budgeting, planning and resource allocation processes.
• Track business priorities and provide regular updates to the Founder, highlighting risks, bottlenecks and areas requiring attention.
• Work closely with technical and product teams to ensure operational requirements are properly coordinated and executed.
• Support business expansion and other strategic initiatives as required.
• Identify gaps in existing processes and proactively develop practical solutions.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of experience in operations, project management, PMO, strategy & operations, business operations, consulting or a similar role.
• Experience working in a startup, scale-up, technology company or other fast-paced environment.
• Strong project management and execution skills, with a proven ability to drive multiple workstreams simultaneously.
• Comfortable working with senior stakeholders and operating with a high degree of autonomy.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to bring structure to ambiguous situations.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
• Comfortable coordinating teams across different functions, countries and time zones.
• Commercially minded with the ability to understand business priorities and translate them into action.
• Experience with procurement, vendor management, budgeting or operational process building is advantageous.
• Exposure to AI, technology, robotics, hardware or other deep-tech environments is a strong plus.
