Job summary

You will monitor and control stock levels and serve correct portions to ensure gross profit targets are met, plan manpower scheduling to meet productivity and salary budgets, and recruit, train, supervise and develop staff.

Responsibilities

• Making improvement to the running of the business
• Deliver quality products and services to meet the expectation of customers.
• Take responsibility for the sales performance
• Monitoring and controlling stock levels and serving correct portion to ensure GP meets target
• Plan and execute manpower scheduling to ensure meeting productivity and salary budget.
• Recruit, train, supervise and develop staff.
• Create and innovate new product
• Ensure stalls comply with all necessary hygiene, health and safety, and licensing requirements.
