Job summary

You will drive productivity, manage staffing, scheduling, inventory, cost control, and ensure hygiene and safety standards as the company expands.

The role requires coordinating with supervisors, planning work flows, and implementing operational improvements to support business growth and quality assurance.

Responsibilities

• Draft & establish company standard operating procedures.
• Manage and oversee daily operations and ensure compliance to company standard operating procedures.
• Handle staff recruitment process from hiring to evaluating performance
• Review and plan work schedules/shifts to achieve productivity
• Manage costs within the budget without compromising on hygiene and safety standards to meet business results.
• Lead operational initiatives as we open new outlets and central kitchens/food factories.
• Forecast requirements and maintain inventory
• Manage supplies (including costs control and minimizing wastage)
• Any other jobs or duties assigned by superior from time to time.
