TYRES ONLINE SG PTE. LTD. is seeking an Operations Executive in Singapore to drive daily fulfilment, coordinate logistics with our fitment centres at Kaki Bukit, and ensure top-tier customer satisfaction.

You will oversee end-to-end order processing, monitor stock levels, respond to customer inquiries promptly, and collaborate with partners to keep installation appointments running smoothly, within a fast-paced 7-day operation.

Qualificações

• Experience in e-commerce operations, logistics coordination, or automotive/tyre industry is a strong advantage.
• Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple orders in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and customer-service mindset.
• Proficient in using spreadsheet software (Google Sheets / Excel) and inventory management tools.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee end-to-end order fulfilment and logistics coordination from the webstore.
• Respond to customer enquiries and support requests to ensure smooth purchasing and after-sales experience.
• Coordinate with fitment centre at Kaki Bukit and partner centres for appointment schedules.
• Monitor stock levels, coordinate incoming shipments, and maintain inventory records.
• Serve as operational contact for order status, delivery schedules, and fittings.
• Identify bottlenecks and support management in implementing efficiency improvements.
